The room I booked was cleaned and available with a view.

Everything was great, favourable location close to many things, the staff were awesome. The room was inviting with a view, had a good night's sleep. The rate was US$ 170. No complaints, the hotel met needs.

lies on the 6 lane hwy with entry and exit all night long, busy, not recommended for people with light sleep,

The room was attractive and relaxing, and the bed was comfy.

Close and very convenient to hundreds of shops. It's on public transit max and bus lines. Lots of great restaurants with in wAlking distance.

There are no phones in the room there is no one to help you after 6 couldn't get a smoking room

Good hotel with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a seasonal outdoor pool. I still remember when the staff helped me with a bottle of water at night. Highly recommend!

I had a bathtub with a hole fixed by a mat, but it still provided a decent amount of hot water. The room was inexpensive, but cleanliness was lacking. I don’t think I’ll come back.

The staff was excellent and friendly in all of my interactions. They responded promptly and worked around my scheduling changes with professionalism and a friendly smile. For the most part the room was cleaned as far as the daily things. Bedding and linens seemed clean and the bathroom was attended to.

The carpet was stained. There was a leg broken off of the microwave and dust under the microwave was thick. I asked for a non smoking room, and, although it was marked as non smoking, it had obviously been smoked in. I grew up with a smoker and now the scent of stale smoke. I would rather have had a room that had been recently smoked in than stale smoke. There was no coffee maker in the room. I didn't even think to ask about that at check in. I can't imagine why a motel would not have a coffee maker.
